    The hotel was situated in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. the bed was comfortable and perfect for a good night's sleep.

    The hotel did not provide daily complimentary water, which was inconvenient. the staff service was not up to par.

    The price is good overall. The location is perfect. Compairing to one of the 4 stars hotel on Hospitalnaya str. living in Diplomat is better: room is bigger, furniter is newer and so on. Personnel is good and responsive. Wi-Fi works fine. Breakfast is not so small. I am a 'big guy' and I felt full after it for about 4 hours. It's not a classic hotel, but a set of comfortable rooms.

    No restaurant, no curtain in the bathroom.

    The hotel offered comfortable and spacious apartments with great amenities such as a well-equipped kitchen and complimentary toiletries. The location was convenient with nearby restaurants and banks, and easy access to key attractions.

    The cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired. The bed mattress was somewhat uncomfortable for those with back problems.

    Bad! Very bad breakfasts! Very inhospitable staff. Smoking rooms without ashtrays. One of staff of the hotel before our departure cursed us: "I can not wish you well fly." We were shocked!!!

    The staff member, Dima, was helpful. Genuine concern for my needs. Convenient location with pizzeria and store. Close to stadium, city center, and bus station. Good facilities and soundproof rooms. Short walk to mini-market and restaurants. Easy access to airports and currency exchange.

    Equipment is very basic, safety box broken, no shower curtain, american breakfast is very simple continental breakfast, no nameplate to find the Hotel, just some rooms on the 5th floor.

    The apartment I had was a good one, with all the necessary accomodations. The owner speaks a good French/English, and was nice with me, and helpful; so, I would definitely recommend this hotel !

    Located in a bustling district, the hotel is conveniently situated for easy access to trains and restaurants. the rooms in this modest office building are spacious and comfortable, with soundproof windows and modern furnishings. Some units come with a balcony and a well-appointed bathroom. the hotel staff is polite, informative and helpful.

    The quality of bed linens and towels could be improved to match the high standards of the hotel's rooms.

    Being approx. 3 times cheaper than "regular hotel" this apartment-like hotel room is good value for money for travellers on tight budget. Room was clean, no smells.

    Breakfast won't get your stomach happy for more than 2 hrs. Served in your room (no restaurant) offers no choice other than "take it or leave it".

    Convenient location near train station and tasty restaurants. Room was spacious and had good furniture. Staff was friendly and helpful with ticket printing. Nice balcony and felt safe in the building.

    Nice spacious room. Wifi for free in the room. Quite good breakfast served in the room.

    It is in a building of many offices and flats. The whole hotel are 3-4 rooms located on the 5th floor of the building. Very hard to find. No reception, no services. Parking paid separately and hard to access.
